A member of the NASBA who has earned certification from the AICPA is referred to as a Certified Public Accountant. The CPA USA certification enables the holder to submit an application for the licenses that each state board grants. Study, training, and testing, all eligibility requirements must be met in order to meet state board criteria. Among the various tasks that CPAs are capable of performing include the analysis of financial data, auditing and reviewing, consulting services, financial planning, tax preparation, litigation consulting, and many more.
