Jodie recognises that mental health does not receive the recognition it should, even in today’s society. The stigma around mental health means that it is not treated with the seriousness it deserves. People everywhere, no matter their stage in life, can experience mental stress and suffer from psychological disorders.
There are many who do not value their mental health and do not give mental health wellness the same importance as physical wellness. Jodie wanted to change the perception and stigma surrounding mental health and healthcare. The creation of Life Resolutions was a way for Jodie Brenton to combat these issues. The franchise was a way to ensure that all Australians, no matter their age or background, have access to proper and professional mental healthcare and counselling.
