Rittu’s Fitness Hub have a total experience of 10+ years in the industry which includes Resistance training, Step and Floor aerobics, Functional training, mat Pilates, HIIT, prenatal training and rehab training. I have also conducted Corporate workshops, trainings in and around Ahmedabad. I am also associated with Exercise Science Academy, Mumbai as Asst. Master Trainer which is affiliated by ACSM for CPT and various other fitness education certifications.
