The Strong Arm 5 is made in America by Mike Glodowski who uses the same portable drill press on his own projects. Because Mike was tired of drilling holes by hand when he would slip and slide the drill around as well as not being able to put the force that he needed on the holes. For that reason he thought that there had to be a better way. Therefore, he created the Strong Arm 5 to allow him to focus on a point as he drilled and made it so that the pressure he applied would be great with little to no effort.
